The prevention is a philosophy that is part of the global management of the company in all its activity fields. This takes the form of an activity of planning, management, analysis and review of work procedures that can ensure an effective preventive action. The accidents record data attest for this management, with very low accidents rates below the average in the field. With zero accidents accompanied by leave during 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.
In this respect OCIDE is again a pioneer on issues of prevention, being the first construction company in the Valencian Community to confirm its certification on Security Management System and Occupational Health in accordance with OHSAS 18001 standard with AENOR.
The OCIDE´s commitment with the on-going improvement on matters of prevention and occupational health under the motto “Safety is our principle”, has been recognized by the Valencian Federation of Construction Entrepreneurs, being awarded the FEVEC-AVEA Prizes in the X Edition, under the category of Occupational Risks Prevention.
